SEA Results Advisors LLC helps clients implement their strategies, goals, and visions. Regardless of whether it is professional or personal, we all have goals we are trying to accomplish but sometimes life just gets in the way and they never seem to get that coveted check-mark of accomplishment. My goal, as Founder and Principal Consultant, is to help you reach yours.
Over the last several decades, I have worked with countless clients, mostly small business owners, who are trying to start or grow their business. Oftentimes, they have experience in the technical side of the business but not the management or business side. Things seem to slip between the cracks and those very things that bring success don't receive the attention they should. Call them goals, perhaps the strategy, or even that initial vision--they all come back to the same thing--if we don't act on them, nothing happens. It seems simple but sometimes we just need some help bridging the gap between planning and implementing. That's where I can help.

Coaching and consulting
Using the SEA Results formula, we will first work together to review your goals for their relevance and potential for success. Once we have validated the goals are exactly what you want, we will design an implementation plan. Next we will set specific action items and target dates together and I will guide you along the way to hold you accountable for the things you outlined in the plan. And if those action items are not reached, we will work together to decide why and remove the barriers standing in the way.
Training
Professional development can take many forms. Whether it is delivered individually or in a group setting, the end goal should always be a change in behavior. Even if you have considerable knowledge in a given area, I believe we can always learn something new. I have had the pleasure of teaching a variety of topics. Some examples include management, supervision, leadership, sales, and marketing. In addition, I am a certified practitioner for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). a personality preference assessment tool used worldwide to encourage personal and professional development as well as build strong, effective teams.
Project management
Oftentimes you feel like you have to do everything yourself. That's just not true. It might make the most sense to have someone come in that has experience in a given area, see the project through for you, and let you concentrate on what you do best. That doesn't mean you can wash your hands of the project but it does mean that you both can focus on the items that will bring you the highest return--and that brings us closer to success!

PHASE I--Strategy
- Review strategy and goals for relevance and specificity
- Research surrounding situation, current barriers, and solutions with the highest potential for success
Phase II--Execution
- Collaboratively develop detailed action plan with target completion dates
- Access necessary resources to ensure completion of action plan
Phase III--Accountability
- Implement an accountability plan to monitor and ensure progress towards successful goal accomplishment
- Provide on-going support through project completion and beyond
